Reiki aims to enhance the body’s flow of energy while easing stress, balancing chakras, and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Relax as your energy centers are cleared and realigned to support your highest good. Integral sound healing integrates ancient wisdom, modern science and the alchemy of healing with techniques to activate the relaxation response and facilitate the healing process through harmonizing frequencies from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
